What makes our hay drying systems special

Only exclusively high quality industrial components are used. Each device is tested intensively before leaving the factory, where the devices are tuned and programmed by experts.

High quality at good prices - not a contradiction in terms

The integrated frequency converter adjusts the air dehumidifier to the air circulation ventilator performance, and is therefore fully automised. Therefore, the automated hay drying system cannot freeze up or switch off due to excessively high temperatures. This means that the automatic air circulation and temperature regulation of the compressor reduces energy consumption by up to 45%! The longevity and durability of the system is additionally increased.

 

Air dehumidifier

The size of the air dehumidifiers is tailored to the box size. Our range includes air dehumidifiers for box sizes from 80 m² to 400 m². All our dehumidifiers are available in both series: VARIO and S-LINE.

Practical tip: Many customers confirm that the maximum daily performance can be exceeded by up to 50% during practical use.

Such amounts of condensate can only be achieved with specially coated and embossed lamellae and a 2 mm interlamellar spacing, as is the case with our HSR dryer. Broader lamellae lead to increased air passage without condensation.

In 2010, trials took place at our show farm, scientifically supervised by Prof. Gotthard Wirleitner. In the process, an increase of up to 30 % in condensate extraction was achieved simply by reducing the interlamellar spacing from 3 mm to 2 mm. For this reason, since 2011 we are constructing our HSR dryers exclusively with more lamellae at an interlamellar spacing of 2 mm.

In 2014 we were able to improve and increase this performance even further through trials with coatings. Using an improved coating, condensate extraction was improved by an additional 20 %.
