To simplify channel construction HSR Heutrocknung offers box valves (V switches) and pressure shaft valves (Y switches) as prefabricated units. The support cylinder is already mounted and pre-wired. the switches are open or closed by means of the central control system.

For every HSR fan we offer a compatible Y and V switch for simplified channel construction. The dimensions are coordinated and on site they need only be further screwed down. This means that your pressure channel always has the correct volume of air and the incline of the Y switch ensures that the air flow is not interrupted.

The high-quality design with a 3 mm steel sheet guarantees high resilience and long-term, smooth operation on the farm. Because they are manufactured in-house, the Y and V switches can also be supplied for fans made by other manufacturers, such as CBI, Weiss-Mawek, LASCO, Buchmann, comefri, etc.

Our Y switches are delivered with installed and pre-wired support cylinder, limit switches and housing. The V switches are delivered as a framework structure with support cylinder, limit switches and box valve. They need only be positioned on site and connected to the pressure shaft channel.
