Pressure channel

HSR offers prefabricated pressure ducts for simple pressure duct construction. The pressure channel runs underneath the floor grid and supplies the individual hay boxes with heated, dehumidified air. This eliminates the need for complex construction of a bevelled injection opening.

The right dimensions

HSR offers a precisely fitting flange to the pressure duct for every HSR fan in the VARIO series. A range of diameters for the pressure channel ensures the right air flow rate. Because the pressure ducts are designed for two to three fans, it is also possible to subsequently increase the air volume.

Individual composition

The pressure channel can be individually assembled from various elements. Flange sizes for each HSR fan, inspection door for maintenance work, blow-in opening, as well as straight and curved elements provide high flexibility in duct routing.

Pre-wired and ready for operation

For simple and quick commissioning on site, the pressure channel turnouts are supplied complete with pre-wired e-cylinders.

Underfloor pressure duct

The underfloor pressure duct is a high-quality pressure duct made of galvanized sheet steel. The pressure duct is placed under the grating and thus protected from damage (e.g. by crane tine bites).

The dimensionally stable design, also available with ready-to-install pressure duct diverter damper, including actuating cylinder, limit switches (completely pre-wired) and a laminated wooden plate, ensure easy installation on site. Precise and leak-proof air guidance with minimized air turbulence ensures the desired drying quality.
