Over the last few years we have accumulated the most diverse solutions with different farmers and from this we have produced a large collection of tips and hints. In these documents you will find innovative solutions, specialist solutions and also examples of structural defects, which should be avoided. The document is divided into sections and deals with the following topics: roof extraction, suction shaft and pressure channel, fan chamber construction, fan assembly and pressure channel construction, support cylinder and pressure shaft valve, floor construction, grid construction, box construction and ventilation.
There are also chapters on correct positioning and installation of the sensors, crane assemblies, operational procedures, insulation for the hay barn, round bale drying and so on. The planning documentation is completed by a HSR representative to customised measurements and is handed over on completion of sale.

Our technical planners are pleased to draft a comprehensive planning document, which can then be used as the basis of your discussions with architects or barn constructors.
We position dehumidifiers and fans, design the fan chamber, calculate all the cross-sections for the roof flap, pressure shaft channel, etc., develop special solutions for hay barns from existing buildings and answer all your questions.
As well as drawing pressure shaft valves and crane rails our responsibilities also include planning emergency doors and escape routes.
Planning consultancy is invoiced on an hourly basis. Our sales team will be pleased to provide a suitable quotation for this.
