HSR PATENTS

HSR HEUTROCKNUNG – THE PATENTED ORIGINAL.

As a farmer and innovator, Josef Reindl has been dealing with the theme of mechanical hay drying for several decades. This returned hay drying into the focus of many farmers who saw an improved ray of hope, economically speaking, in this niche of fodder conservation, which brought hay drying back into the mainstream. The numerous registered patents bear witness to his inventive spirit and the guarantee that with an HSR dehumidifier, the customer is purchasing THE ORIGINAL.

Apparatus and method for drying material to be dried

AT15376U2 & AT514695B1

Apparatus for drying material (1) to be dried, comprising a ventilation box (2) for holding the material (1) to be dried, whereby the ventilation box (2) is covered with a roof (3), the apparatus further comprising at least one fan (4), through which fan (4) air can be drawn in, whereby the intake air can at least partially be fed to a dehumidifier (5) and whereby by means of the minimum of one fan (4), the air can ultimately be blown through the ventilation box (2) from an initial area (15) to an end area (16) of the ventilation box (2). In order to enable drying with low energy input, the invention provides a switch-over flap (6), which can be moved from a first position (7) into a second position (8), whereby in the first position (7) the air can be aspirated by the minimum of one fan (4) from the ventilation box only (2) and whereby in the second position (8) the air can be aspirated at least partially from outside the ventilation box (2).

Procedures for drying the drying material

AT514801B1

Procedures for drying the drying material in a ventilation box (2). In order to allow optimal energy use that is low and has as few spikes as possible, it is stipulated according to the invention that the method comprises the following steps at least in an initial phase: - Reduction of the intake air volume to a minimum value by regulating the power of at least one fan (4) to a minimum power value; - Control of a dehumidifier (5) output to a maximum output value, whereby the sum of the minimum output value and the maximum output value is less than or equal to a specified total output value; - Control the power of the dehumidifier (5) to a value lower than the maximum power value and regulation of the power of the minimum of one fan (4) to a value greater than the minimum power value, to increase the intake air volume to a setpoint, as soon as an internal temperature of the air in the ventilation box (2) exceeds a predetermined value, the sum of the powers of the dehumidifier (5) and of the minimum of one fan (4) being less than or equal to the total power value.

Dehumidifier for dehumidifying air for drying hay

AT514802B1

Dehumidifier (5) for dehumidifying air for drying goods, the dehumidifier comprises an evaporator (11) and a condenser (12), whereby the condenser (12) is set up behind the evaporator (11) as seen in a flow direction (22) and whereby the evaporator (11) can be flowed through by air to be dehumidified in the flow direction (22). In order to enable a high throughput of air with a constant dehumidification performance, it is stipulated according to the invention that a drip tray (18) is included, above which both the evaporator (11) and the condenser (12) are set up.

Apparatus for drying material

AT518104B1

Apparatus for drying material to be dried, in particular hay, the apparatus comprising a fan (1) as well as a dehumidifier (2) with an evaporator (3), a condenser (4) and a compressor (5). According to the invention, it is stipulated that the fan (1) is set up and fixed in a transportable first container (6) to ensure a defined spatial position of the fan (1) in the first container (6) during transport of the first container (6), that the dehumidifier (2) is set up and fixed in a transportable second container (7), to ensure a defined spatial position of the dehumidifier (2) in the second container (7) during transport of the second container (7), and in that, in an operating state of the apparatus, one of the two containers (6, 7) is set up on top of the other and is fastened, preferably detachably, to ensure a defined spatial position of the fan (1) and the dehumidifier (2) in relation to each other.

Dehumidifier for dehumidifying air for drying hay

EP3073216B1

The invention pertains to a dehumidifier for dehumidifying air for drying hay according to claim 1 and a use of a dehumidifier according to any one of claims 1 to 5 for drying food or hay. [0008] A dehumidifier for dehumidifying intake air has an evaporator in which refrigerant is evaporated by the heat of the intake air flowing through the evaporator in a flow direction. This cools the intake air below the dew point and causes water to condense on the cold surface of the evaporator. This causes the water to run or drip off the evaporator. A drip tray is located under the evaporator to collect the dripping water. Furthermore, the dehumidifier has a condenser which is set up behind the evaporator as seen in the direction of flow.

Apparatus and method for drying material to be dried

EP2876396B1

This invention pertains to a method for drying hay, wherein the hay is fed into a ventilation box having a box surface which can be flowed against, wherein air is aspirated by means of at least one controllable fan and is at least partially supplied to a controllable air dehumidifier, in which the air is dehumidified, and whereby the at least partially dehumidified air is aspirated by means of the minimum of one fan into the ventilation box onto the box surface which can be flowed onto and whereby the air, after having been passed through an evaporator of the dehumidifier, is heated by means of a condenser of the dehumidifier and/or by means of a compressor of the dehumidifier.
